My Therapeutic Approach

I draw from evidence-based therapies, but I'm not a fan of one-size-fits-all approaches. What works for one person might not work for another. Here's what you can expect from me:

Evidence-Based

I use approaches like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategiesall backed by research and proven to work.

Practical & Collaborative

You'll leave each session with tools you can actually use. Therapy is a partnershipwe'll figure out what works for you together.

Philosophical Lens

I draw from Stoic and Hellenistic philosophy, which emphasizes values, meaning, and virtue. Therapy isn't just symptom reductionit's about living well.

No Corporate Jargon

I speak like a human, not a textbook. Therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance.

Compassionate Accountability

I'll support you, but I'll also challenge you when needed. Growth happens at the edge of your comfort zone.

Long-Term Focus

We're not just putting out fireswe're building sustainable change that lasts beyond our sessions.
