What to Expect

1. Book Your Session

Choose a time that works for you using the online booking system. I offer flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

2. Complete Your Intake Form

To save time in the first session, I ask you to fill out a short questionnaire before you attend to understand a bit about you and what you want to get out of the session.

3. Initial Consultation

We'll spend the first session getting to know each other, understanding what brought you here, and figuring out if we're a good fit.

4. Ongoing Support

Sessions are 50 minutes, conducted online via secure telehealth. We'll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
